Brenda Sciepura

Brenda Sciepura is a PhD student at UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy, where she also received her Master of Public Affairs degree. Her research interests involve understanding how to improve service delivery and interaction with clients in government agencies. Brenda has over a decade of experience as program manager and researcher in the non-profit and government sector in Latin America. She supported local government agencies to implement cultural transformation projects to become more integrated, agile and innovative in service delivery. She also conducted impact evaluations for nonprofit organizations that fostered female entrepreneurship and financial inclusion among disadvantaged populations. She holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from the Catholic University of Argentina.
