Director of Operations
Are you an experienced operations leader with a passion for supporting impactful, data-driven research? The People Lab at Harvard Kennedy School is seeking a Director of Operations to lead essential financial, administrative, and operational functions. As a key member of the team, you’ll work closely with the Faculty Director and a diverse group of scholars to ensure smooth operations and contribute to research that strengthens how government serves people. Responsibilities include managing a multi-million-dollar budget, implementing financial transactions, leading and implementing HR processes, and developing operational processes that support the Lab’s growth.
