Senior Research Associate Fellow
The Senior Research Associate role is a full-time fellowship ideal for candidates with a graduate degree in public policy, economics, statistics, or a related field, as well 3+ years of relevant professional experience and prior experience designing and conducting applied research. The Senior Research Associate Fellow with The People Lab will work on a range of fast-paced projects simultaneously and will be involved in all aspects of projects including: project scoping and design, developing and implementing project timelines, conducting statistical and econometric analysis, communication with government collaborators, field visits, executing research administration responsibilities, and producing policy-relevant and academically-relevant publications. Research Associate Fellow
The Research Associate Fellow is a full-time position ideal for highly motivated professionals with prior experience who are equally committed to rigorous research and socially impactful work. Research Associate Fellows at The People Lab work on multiple fast-paced projects, contributing to the design and implementation of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) in collaboration with public sector partners, designing and analyzing survey experiments, conducting administrative data analyses, and supporting the publication of academic papers, policy briefs, and more. Candidates for this fellowship should have an undergraduate degree in public policy, economics, statistics, public administration or a related field and/or an equivalent combination of experience/training.
